Customer Privacy Policy
On behalf of Weektron, we are committed to protecting the privacy of all our customers. We collect only necessary, basic data about customers/users and data necessary for business operations and inform users in accordance with good business practices and in order to provide quality service. We give customers choices, including the ability to decide whether or not they want to be removed from mailing lists used for marketing purposes campaigns. All user/customer data is strictly stored and is available only to employees who need this data to perform their work. All employees of Weektron and business partners are responsible for respecting the principles of privacy protection.
This privacy policy applies only to our online activities and is valid for visitors to our website with regards to the information that they shared and/or collect on this website. This policy is not applicable to any information collected offline or via channels other than this website. Confidential transaction data protection
When entering payment card data, confidential information is transmitted via a public network in a protected (encrypted) form using the SSL protocol and the PKI system, as currently the most modern cryptographic technology. Data security during purchases is guaranteed by the payment card processor, Banca Intesa ad Beograd, so the entire payment process is carried out on the bank’s website. Payment card information is not available in our system at any moment.
Payment cards acceptance and delivery
For Weektron subscriptions, we exclusively accept only the following cards: VISA, EC/MC, Maestro, Amex, and Dina. After a successful purchase you will receive an email (to the email address you provided on checkout page) with your login credentials which you can use to log in to app.veektron.com
Conversation and VAT statement
All payments will be effected in Serbian currency – dinar (RSD). The amount your credit card account will be charged is obtained through the conversion of the price in Euro into Serbian dinar according to the current exchange rate of the Serbian National Bank. When charging your credit card, the same amount is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations. As a result of this conversion, there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price stated on our website. Tensor View is not in the VAT system.
Refund
In case the client is not satisfied with Weektron application, funds will be returned to the cardholder account. Regardless of the reason for the return Weektron is obliged to make the return exclusively via VISA, EC/MC, Maestro, Amex, and Dina payment methods, which means that the bank will upon request the seller refund the funds to the account of the cardholder.
Complaints Policy
A full refund can be requested within 5 days of subscription. In order to make a refund customers need to contact us via email at [email protected] with all necessary data about Weektron account (username, email, package). Before purchasing the application, a client can view our demo and all the functionalities to make sure that Weektron app is exactly what he is looking for. Customers can request a 15-day trial period before making any payments.
