How to get started?
The easiest way is to try the demo and after then request a trial version or immediately choose one of the packages that best suits your needs.
What payment methods do you accept?
Payment is possible with MasterCard, Visa, Amex and Dina card brands, without relying on the bank of the payment card issuer.
Do you provide any support?
We provide technical support five days a week. From Monday to Friday from 9AM to 5PM (CET). Depending on the package purchased, we have ticket support, email or directly over the phone with one of our technicians.
Are there any setup fees?
There is no fee for setting up the package and using the application within the package, all you need is an internet connection and a web browser.
Can I change my plan later?
You can change the package at any time at no charge, whether it is an upgrade or a downgrade. The new package will start billing the next day after billing period.
Can I request refund?
Sure, the current month will be charged until the end of the billing period after refund request in monthly subscription. While in the case of an annual subscription, the full remaining amount will be refunded after the first billing period from the refund request.
